Here at RSB Services, we believe in operating with excellence. We expect our team to deliver a high quality product to our customers. We firmly believe that our fundamental reason to exist in business is to make the lives of those around us better. We zealously approach everyday like it is another opportunity to make the world a little bit better.
RSB Services is a Biblically based organization that seeks to build a community based on those principles. We are a business that stands for Faith, Family, and Freedom. We, here at RSB, hope to build a legacy of pursuing excellence, virtue, and integrity in all that we do.
Where We Began
RSB began in 2007 under the leadership and direction of Richard S. Batson. What began as a small humble organization, has now grown to be a consistent multi-million dollar a year business.
We have operated in numerous organizations across the United States, and even internationally. Tragically, we lost Ricky in September of 2021 to cancer. Rick left us with a legacy of red blooded Americanism and grit. He taught us that no matter what decisions we make in life, if you work hard, you can achieve anything.
Where We Are Today
Robert Batson came along side Ricky in 2014, just as the citrus industry was being hit hard with greening. They worked together to find new customers and adapt to the industry. In 2015, they doubled their sales and charted a new path forward. After three years of consistent growth within a downturn in the industry, Robby and Ricky became partners. Together they purchased a new facility and added powder coating and abrasive blasting to their metal fabrication.
Today Robby has taken "The Brothers' Company" and forged a family business with his wife, Shelley, and three children Cole, Isaiah, and Ambrey, working with him.
What began as Richard Scott Batson, is now Robby, Shelley Batson. We choose to honor our past and continue to build a legacy of faith, family, and hard work.
